Back in 2012, I participated in an online bloggers’ challenge. Here is a post about it. I am going to try participating in a new challenge. Its for “food bloggers” which I am not exactly, as you can tell if you have read many of my postings. I am a random blogger, I guess. I am supposed to post a food post once a week. Wish me luck!

Just to get started, here’s a post about a quick side dish.
Creamed Roasted Peppers
This side dish can be made with any peppers, sweet or hot.
Roast selected peppers at 400°F until slightly charred, cool, peel and slice.
Slice 1/2 of a large onion and saute in a bit of oil until slightly translucent
Add 3 Tablespoons of heavy cream, salt and ground black pepper to taste
Heat until slightly thickened and serve
Eat this! Its yummy!
